AdGuard AU offers a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). If you are not completely satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your first payment date for that subscription.

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and confirm eligibility.
Refund Processed
Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
All payment transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for AdGuard AU subscriptions. This means:
AdGuard AU does not store your full card details. All card data is handled securely by Paddle under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
All prices are displayed in Australia Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Australia Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate (currently 9% effective 1 January 2024).
Refunds will be processed in SGD. For payments made in other currencies, the refund amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations — AdGuard AU is not responsible for such variances.
